2026 Client Survey Results Showcase FBH’s Growing National Impact
(Franklin, Tennessee) – Freedom Behavioral Health, Inc. (FBH), a leading provider of behavioral health services, has announced the results of its 2026 FBH Client Survey. The results highlight FBH’s exceptional standards, showcasing a high level of client satisfaction and confidence in its service delivery.
According to the survey, 93% of clients state they are satisfied with FBH’s services, reflecting consistent performance in delivering evidence-based care and supporting positive outcomes across a wide range of behavioral health needs.

Client feedback further supports the survey findings. One client shared, “As a leader, I appreciate how dependable and solutions-focused they are. They show up prepared, communicate effectively, and take their role in our facility seriously.” Another noted, “We appreciate our Qualified Mental Health Professional. She provides an essential service to the inmate population and identifies concerns that may otherwise go unnoticed.” A third client added, “I cannot think of anything I would change. In a perfect world, my budget would allow for more contracted hours.”
FBH currently serves 268 facilities and has maintained a 96% client retention rate from January 2025 to January 2026.
